Role summary
The Inside Sales Executive will be individually contributing to the Inside Sales initiative planned for existing client-tele and new businesses. He/she will own the full lifecycle sales process for accounts under a certain revenue range. The primary responsibility is to qualify and close opportunities to meet the revenue quota.
Key Accountabilities
- 3-5 years experience in elearning inside sales function.
- Extensive cold calling into established clientele and new prospects
- Experienced in managing and building rapport with high value prospects and upselling them
- Proven experience in handling inside sales practices and processes
- Closing opportunities delivered by aligned manager-inside sales, Partners and front line Sales team
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from the assigned leads and geographies
- Efficient in handling inbound leads and unsolicited prospect calls to closures
- Should be goal oriented and willing to analyze prospects, their needs and uncover business problems
- Engages closely with the Executive and Marketing team on prospecting and competitive displacement strategy
- Proficient in updating all the sales related activities into CRM in detail
- Comprehensive utilization of use of sales tools such as Linkedin, Hoovers, and other insight tools to research opportunities
- Strong professional who is highly organized, detail orientated and has results driven capabilities
- Reporting to Head of inside sales
