Graduate with at-least 2+ years of experience as IT Sales/Bench Sales/BDM in US IT Staffing is must
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in marketing bench consultants in various IT Technologies.
Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and Clients
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends is plus
Well exposed to US legal compliances
Key Accountabilities
Must have handled Consultants taking care of their concerns, issues, visa extensions, salaries
Able to maintain very long term relationships with the consultants
Well experienced in closing bench and virtual bench consultants
Very good knowledge and experience in handling candidates for all in demand technologies and all modules
Thorough understanding of candidate profile and knowledge of their preferences before starting the marketing process
Experienced in extensive use of various job posting sites like Dice, Monster, Google groups and LinkedIn to fetch requirements for the given candidates
Generating reports and records of all the submissions from time to time for tracking
Keeping track of Consultants contract positions with the clients and placing their resumes for marketing at least a month before their project end date
Arranging all the documents for consultants as required for legal stay in US
Identify the business opportunities through consultants at client’s location
Coordinating with the consultants in fetching requirements from clients to work on Corp-Corp
Adding new H1s to the company payrolls through referrals and job portals
