MRCC is looking for a US IT Recruiter for its US Staffing team at its Thane office. The person will be working in close coordination with the Teams in Thane (India) & Boston, MA, USA (HQ). The role will involve managing the end to end requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Must have worked with direct clients.
Sourcing candidates for different clients through job boards, reference and network
Handle Contract and Full time cycle of US Staffing.
Screening of resumes and salary negotiation.
Interviewing H1B/GC/US Citizen consultant for various requirements according to the Client request.
