Job Description:
• Lead the sales function for Tenneo LMS across India region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Engage with middle to large organizations across BFSI, FMCG, Healthcare, ITES, Retail, and other industry verticals.
• Oversee brand-building efforts, demand generation, and new customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and market trends, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of senior sales managers.
Desired Skills:
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth in enterprise solutions.
• Industry Preference (IF ANY) – Sales of organization level systems such as LMS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, HCM, any B2B SaaS industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry verticals such as BFSI, FMCG, Healthcare, ITES, Retail, etc.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution in multi-regional markets.
• Leadership skills with experience managing senior-level sales teams.
