Job Role: The Candidate will be focusing on revenue-generating activities associated with the sale of Tenneo’s LMS Product for enterprise class companies
Responsibilities:
1. Fresh Business Development
- Generating leads – Identify relevant contacts at a target organization that are large enterprises only and to establish first contact; Pitch Tenneo LMS and Products – initial brief on the offering, fixing-up presentations, demonstration of LMS. Understanding client business, requirements, need generation.
- Plan approaches and pitches – Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client’s needs and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution for self.
- Creating presentations, proposals response to EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs
- Negotiation, Closure, and Contracting – through appropriately handling client queries and closing the contracts.
2. Planning and Execution –
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, and services that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Study various global markets and execute the planned outreach campaigns. This would also entail working in different shifts as per the requirement of the campaign.
3. Execution/Control/Reporting –
- Track and record activity on various prospects submit daily/weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Maintain and adhere to internal processes/systems at the organization.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of sales cycle of enterprise software products/solutions in Saudi and other neighboring countries.
- Good industry connects with large enterprises.
- Must have experience in B2B Product Sales (especially in large enterprises) in Middle east.
- Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of using tools such as – CRM tools and Lead gen tools such as: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom info, etc.
