5th July 2022: The cultural, sports and Friday fun activities were a regular part of the employee engagement and team bonding on office premises. These activities were moved to online mode with the WFH requirements due to the pandemic. However, as the time lapsed, things started getting normal with employees returning to their offices. Workforce-related activities at ground level were added to the monthly event calendars.
MRCC & G-Cube’s HR team started with offline activities for their employees. The series of events kicked off with the MRCC Premiere Cricket League played between the teams from G-Cube and the MRCC group. The round-robin stage matches started with three teams from G-Cube battling out to play finals with the MRCC team. The final match was played between Phantom XI & Predators XI, wherein Phantom XI emerged as the winner. The event had many super fun moments on the field with friends and family members rooting for their teams. The matches were played with sportsmanship spirit and the field was filled with energy & teamwork.
It is true “Health is Wealth”, the HR team initiated the series “Aao Fit Banee” for the well-being of the employees. This series covered various sessions conducted on health tips, lifestyle management sessions, fitness sessions & webinars on diet & nutrition. The HR team arranged a “Health Camp” for the employees at the office premises where 65 plus employees participated in this complimentary health checkup camp to interact with the team of doctors.
On International Yoga Day, yoga sessions were conducted within the premises to make employees aware of the benefits of Yoga and to follow our age-old traditions for maintaining our wellbeing.
The “World Environment Day” was celebrated by the initiative of the HR team – A Tree plantation drive was arranged to plant saplings and contribute to environmental wellbeing. The employees along with their family members and kids participated in this noble cause.
In keeping with a series of Weekly fun activities, the HR team arranged an event called “Back to School” to bring back childhood memories. The activities included Carrom, Ludo, Snake & Ladder, Tic Tac Toe & Chess. The HR team conducted a Team Building Exercise, to construct a structure using the props provided and create a story around it.
A CSR activity called the Love Box! Uniform Donation Drive for a noble cause was arranged by the HR team for Asha Deep Foundation. The school uniforms for the children were donated. It was a small token of the contribution made by the organization and employees that brought smiles to kids’ faces and they were thankful.
To keep the spirit of the workforce high, the HR team has been actively working to take care of their employees by including many fun, exciting, and engaging activities.
