Meet Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team brings together experience across technology, learning, and enterprise transformation to guide our vision and execution.

Anil Shah founded MRCC in 1996 and has spent nearly three decades transforming it into a global enterprise solutions company. Under his leadership, MRCC has grown to serve 700+ clients across digital transformation, IT staffing, educational publishing, and corporate learning. Anil received the World Academy Entrepreneurship Excellence Award in 2024 for his visionary leadership and global impact.

Deeptanshu Tiwari oversees MRCC Group's global operations, driving strategic growth across all business units. Recognized by CIO Tech Outlook as a Top 10 Education Technology Provider in 2024, he brings deep expertise in scaling enterprise solutions and operational excellence.

Michael Wegerbauer leads MRCC's educational publishing division, overseeing content solutions for K-12, higher education, and major publishers. With extensive experience in digital learning content development, he has driven the delivery of thousands of projects for leading educational institutions.

Shashi Kant Sinha directs MRCC's business solutions practice, leading enterprise technology engagements across Oracle ERP, cloud migration, and digital transformation. He brings decades of experience in enterprise IT consulting and solution architecture.

Mark is a seasoned operations executive with more than 31 years of experience driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability across the staffing and consulting industries. He built his career at Oxford Global Resources, advancing to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and playing a key role in scaling the organization from $160 million to $450 million in annual revenue.

Following his tenure at Oxford, Mark worked as an independent consultant, advising a private equity firm on staffing company acquisitions. He later founded and successfully grew the staffing division at Centerline Partners, which was subsequently acquired by ettain group. Mark then served as Chief Operating Officer at Reliant Life Sciences, where he continued to strengthen operational performance and drive financial growth within the life sciences sector.

Following his tenure at Oxford, Mark worked as an independent consultant, advising a private equity firm on staffing company acquisitions. He later founded and successfully grew the staffing division at Centerline Partners, which was subsequently acquired by ettain group. Mark then served as Chief Operating Officer at Reliant Life Sciences, where he continued to strengthen operational performance and drive financial growth within the life sciences sector.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Economics from Babson College and earned a CRM Certificate from DePaul University.

Mark joins MRCC to help accelerate the company’s next phase of growth, leveraging his extensive experience in scaling organizations, optimizing operations, and building high-performing teams. His leadership will play a pivotal role in strengthening MRCC’s market presence, enhancing operational excellence, and delivering greater value to clients across its portfolio of solutions and services.

Subash Chitoor has been with MRCC for over 25 years, building and leading the talent acquisition practice. He oversees a team that sources, vets, and places 850+ certified professionals for enterprise clients worldwide.

Siva Peruvemba leads MRCC's technology practice, overseeing software engineering, architecture, and innovation. He drives the technical vision behind MRCC's digital transformation services and ensures delivery excellence across projects.

Mithun brings fifteen years of experience as a seasoned marketing leader and mentor, with a remarkable track record of successfully scaling multiple lines of business, driving operational excellence, and spearheading impactful brand engagement campaigns. His expertise in building Go-To-Market Plans for renowned Fortune 500 and 100 companies globally is truly commendable.

As a marketing evangelist, Mithun has made significant contributions across diverse industries, including EduTech, AI, e-commerce, BFSI, NBFCs, SAS, AI/IT, Auto, and media.

One of his major strengths is his hands-on experience strategizing and executing comprehensive marketing and digital transformation plans. Throughout his career, Mithun has been instrumental in driving growth and delivering exceptional performance-oriented results.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mithun is also a passionate Tea Connoisseur and actively mentors aspiring marketers in various B-Schools across India.

Jinal Gohil directs MRCC's finance department, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support the company's growth trajectory and operational efficiency.

Devendra Kini leads special projects and strategic initiatives at MRCC, coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive innovation and operational improvements across the organization.

Prerna Raturi leads MRCC's human resources function, overseeing talent development, employee experience, and organizational culture across MRCC's global offices.

Mike Ambrose is a seasoned executive serving on the Board of Directors at RBC Bearings. As the Principal Partner and Founder of MJ Ambrose Consulting, he brings decades of strategic leadership experience to MRCC's advisory board.

Paul Maier is the Principal of 9th Avenue Advisory Services LLC, providing strategic counsel to growth-oriented companies. He brings extensive experience in business strategy and advisory services to MRCC's leadership team.
